Do I need to decide to migrate to do the assessment?
No. The assessment measures the current situation and presents the possible paths, including staying on the current platform. Knowing the real cost of the alternative is the main negotiating tool in a renewal.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the inventory. Mid-sized environments are usually mapped in a few weeks, with the results presented to the technical team and the board at the end.
What exactly is delivered?
An executive report with the workload inventory, the count of viable destinations per system, the exit cost estimate and the recommended migration path, with risks and execution waves.
Is my data exposed during the survey?
The work is carried out under a non-disclosure agreement. Grupo Vibe holds ISO 27001 certification for information security and ISO 27701 for privacy, as well as CMMI ML3 process maturity.
